The Deadly Desert formed in Providence in 2014 by singer and songwriter Chris Stern, front-man of Boston Brit-pop darlings, The Sterns. Bassist Jarod Cournoyer and Guitarist Ryan Tremblay join Stern to craft thoughtful indie pop with unforgettable hooks and sardonic lyrical wit ala Morrissey, REM, Elvis Costello, Oasis and Blur. The band will support their debut album with concerts through 2017
